It’s time for another Medieval Monday! Our theme is “Villains”.
I’m excited to share the twelfth excerpt of this blog hop which is from Bambi Lynn’s book, Lucan. At the end of the excerpt, you will see where to go on the following Monday to find out what happens next.
Only one of the enemy remained standing. Camulus had proven his worth this day, having killed seven or eight of these devils single-handedly. But not without some effort. He was sweating profusely as he chopped the final man to pieces.
The three of them stood among the carnage, heaving in deep breaths. The silence seemed strange after the monstrous clangor of battle. A lone rider tore over the hill and disappeared as if being chased by Lucifer himself.
Follow along with excerpt #13 and the conclusion to this excerpt from Lucan over at Bambi’s blog www.bambilynnblog.wordpress.com
